On July 18, 2007, the Foundation Ceremony for Daming Sewage Treatment Plant BOOT Project was celebrated in Hebei province with leaders of the local government and enterprises involved invited. As the first infrastructure project with BOT model and the first Sino-foreign joint venture project, Daming Sewage Treatment Plant would improve the development of the environment and promote the industrialization process beneficially.
Vice President of GSWG, Mr. Ma Hong, on behalf of GSEGC, expressed his thankfulness for the attention and support of leaders from Daming County, and at the same time promising to establish Daming Sewage Treatment Plant to be one of the best wastewater treatment plants in Hebei.
With the signing of the purchase  agreement, it is noted that the investment business of GSEGC in North China  is developeing expansively.
