Beijing GSHJ became the holding shareholder of Yunnan GSHJ through acquiring 55 per cent shares from Yunan Shengying Industrial Co., Ltd. in Nov.2007. Yunan GSHJ was established in Jan. 2004 with registered capital of RMB 10 million. Its main business is to provide EPC services of dust removal, water and solid waste treatment to industrial sector and has solid basis in Yunan province. After the acquisition, Beijing GSHJ will bring its state-of-art management model to Yunan GSHJ regarding water treatment projects
