On Mar. 28 2008, the assets transfer agreement was signed between Jintan No.1 and No.2 Wastewater Treatment Plant and GS Jintan Co., Ltd. This project is on a TOT basis. Jintan No.1 WWTP has a daily capacity of 30,000 t/d for municipal use. Jintan No.2 WWTP is capable of treating 20,000 tons wastewater per day mainly for industrial use.
