The ceremony of Golden State (Jintan) Water Co., Ltd. was held at Jintan No.1 Wastewater Treatment Plant in the morning of 30 May 2008. Senior Vice President Hans Meulenbroek, on behalf of GSEI, the project investor, attended the ceremony. Zhang Rongqing, Chairman of GS (Jintan) Water, and Zhou Yanping, GM of GS (Jintan) Water, attended the ceremony on behalf of the water plant’s operator.
