CITIC consortium with the participation of Golden State is responsible to invest, build and operate the National Main Stadium by Public-Private-Partnership mode. As the main stadium of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, it covers an area of 204,000 square meters and can accommodate 91,000 spectators. It is going to host the opening and closing ceremony, the track and field competition and other games. |

Tianhong Group Consortium with the participation of Golden State is responsible to build Olympic Aquatic Park. During the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, it is going to host the rowing and canoeing games. The completed Olympic Aquatic Park will become a water sports venue with one of the largest scale and most comprehensive functions in Beijing. |

Golden State, through its subsidiary company BJGS, undertook the water treatment project for Olympic Aquatic Park with a daily treatment capacity of 72,000 tons. It is now the largest slightly polluted water treatment project in China. |

|
Beijing Golden Sources Best Water undertook the rain and flood water collection system for Fengtai Stadium Softball Ground. |

| ，Solid Waste Treatment during Games Period |
|
Golden State undertook Gaoantun WTE plant and Golden State Gaoantun Medical Waste Central Disposal plant on a build-own-operate-transfer (BOOT) basis. The former plant will dispose solid waste fromstadiums,athletes'village and public places during the games period.
Benefiting from Golden State's resources, Rohrueck products are awarded the appointed products for Olympic Games stadiums. Rohrueck products will be put into use for waste collection purpose during games period and granted Olympic Games services certificate.
